A game jam is an event, usually lasting somewhere between 24hours to a week, where game developers meet up and make a game from scratch. Sometimes alone, other times together with random peers or friends. Here are a few of the jams I have attended.
Quack Piece was a game jam I was part of for the spring Kakao Jam in Trondheim. It was a very ambitious project to make an MMO game in 48 hours. Although the finished game wasn't much to write home about gameplay wise, it did end up being a working pirate-ship-sailing MMO, which was pretty cool. For this project I did all 3D modeling and illustration.
